Birth Preparation Workshops

These half day birth preparation workshops are for pregnant women and their partners, allowing time to focus on the journey towards birth and parenting together. Workshops give an overview of the birth process and will explore how birth partners can support the labouring woman practically and emotionally.

They  are suitable for all, whether you are first or second time parents and planning a home or hospital birth. Women are welcome to attend on their own. Handouts and refreshments will be provided.

Cost: £40 per person/£80 per couple, concessions available; additional birth partners welcome, £20 per person (family, friends, doulas).
